Estimates & Upfront Pricing

We provide clear pricing before any work begins — no hidden fees or surprise charges. You approve the quote first, then we get to work. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if the scope of work changes; any change will be reviewed with you before we proceed.

Scheduling & Arrival

We respect your time and aim to arrive within the scheduled window, ready to work. If we need to reschedule, we'll let you know as soon as possible. Please ensure safe access to the work area.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed in your approved quote. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of service.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us in advance so we can adjust our schedule and serve other customers.

Workmanship & Satisfaction

We stand behind our workmanship. If the work isn't done right, we'll make it right. Our pros are experienced, vetted, and fully licensed, bonded, and insured.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues outside the agreed scope of work.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
